This meal is designed as a traditional Moroccan dish. Moroccan dishes are packed with delicious spices and vegetables and our dinner keeps that tradition alive and well. It is a nice change from the old standbys so if you have tried all of our classic menu items, this one is an excellent change of taste. The recipe came from one of our guides who did a trip to Morocco. He loved it so much he brought it back for us to field test. Our Backcountry Food Services Manager adjusted the recipe to make it field ready so this traditional Moroccan dish can now be enjoyed in the backcountry.
Served with sliced almonds and Apricots or Figs over Brown Rice.
