Our vegetarian Chili is basically the same menu as our regular chili except we substitute a soy product for the beef. It's just as delicious, easy to prepare and doesn’t fall short on protein. For those backcountry gourmets, bake up some garlic buns on the old outback oven to compliment this meal (not included).
